Very attentive and professional. I bought through your website and they have been brought to my home.
There is a lot of queue in September but if you make a reservation you go before. The truth is that you can wait quietly. Very well organized.
In school season, with book collection themes (September), with reservation and scholarship you make the same queue or more, than not having reserved.nThey have the same staff as 5 years ago and the same queues. If there were another bookstore that accepted scholarship checks, they would still think about it and hire twice as many staff for 15 days. Users would appreciate it.
You can make the order online and they bring it to your home. You avoid travel and waiting time. Very good option.
