My nails are well done, it has been a prompt and punctual service. But I do not return for a simple reason: Customer service in this type of service seems essential to me that it be, at least, good. I'm not saying that for the prices they have, they have to make me feel like a queen, but there must be a minimum of friendliness!nSince I have entered the door I have not felt comfortable at all, the treatment of the boss / manager has been the most dry, serious and distant. Something that has already made me feel uncomfortable during the entire half hour that I have been inside the premises.
I've always had good experiences here but as a suggestion, could the bosses invest a bit in a dating app and let the poor girls work because they have to get up from their chairs 20 times to answer the landline.nAll the very nice girls treat you very well.
I expected more. It depends on who you are with, they serve you better. There are very nice girls and others who need to learn education. Cleaning is good but punctuality with each client has to be improved. Compared to other places the price is cheap but it is worth paying 3 euros more elsewhere.
The best center where my nails have been done. Very friendly and very professional staff. Clean and safe downtown. Trustworthy.
