We made a request for water for work choosing the hours of 8-11am. It was 12 o'clock and no one had come, I called by phone and they very kindly told me that the carrier had had a mishap, apologizing and that he was going to notify us to arrive before 2:00 p.m. (which is when we close). Well, it's 2:21 p.m. and here I am calling and waiting for someone to answer, without the water and angry. At least they could warn that it will not arrive since it is not our fault.nWe hope it arrives tomorrow, however, we will consider whether to place another order with them.

Sorry for this review. But after seeing one of his employees urinate on my street I am forced. He opened his door having a lawn if he could not stand it and he started to urinate ... Apart from staining my street, it is rather unhygienic when they are handling food. I attach a photo. Shameful...

DISAPPOINTED. An open jar of chickpeas came to me, with a sealed and fermented seal inside. I claimed 3 times, attached photos and although they tell you that they are going to pay you, it's a lie. 3 months waiting and nothing. I also ordered some fruits from Aragon and they brought me some chocolates to the liquor, which has nothing to do with it and I had to give it away because I hate that flavor and they are not responsible for their mistake. They say yes to everything and then no.nnI STILL RECEIVE NOTHING. As you tell me to tell you, I confirm that I have NOT received the subscription. We have been with the topic for 3 months (calls, emails, ...) and it remains unresolved. If you don't want to make the subscription, don't do it. I lose more time than money.

Terrible service and deception in their promotions. They did not bring an order product (toilet paper) during the pandemic where this product became an essential item. They did not bring the Amber glasses that they had promoted and it was the reason why I made the purchase. After claiming for a month, they finally brought the toilet paper and they returned the 2.55 euros of it but, instead of Ambar glasses, they brought us glasses that had nothing to do with the promotion I bought. The last straw was that they called me two months later to indicate that I owed them the 2.55-euro toilet paper, which, due to an error from them, returned the amount and brought it to me. When I said that they should leave it as a minimum because they never brought me my Amber glasses, and they also took a month to bring the toilet paper and return the payment I had already made, they told me that if I did not like that they do not give me the glasses that He should have returned the beer he had received two months ago. Instead of accepting the mistake, they made me strange excuses like that and like they have been in the market for 40 years and that is why they know well how they work. With that attitude they can't even improve, that's why I don't recommend this place at all. Other people's shame.

Very good treatment and everything perfect! They leave it at home and the quality is very good with affordable prices. We will repeat !!!
