It consists of a rectangular building with two floors (ground floor and first floor), with a closed porch and a three-part tower on one side, and in the back there is an open courtyard with a stable and storage area to meet the needs of slaughterhouse functions (still in use today).nnThe materials used are the caravista red brick and plastered in white.nnThe main building (with a facade to the Avenida Corazón de Jesús) is formed by a rectangular building covered with a gabled roof. The ground floor is accessed by a closed porch structure that occupies 5/6 parts of the facade, covered with roof to a single water and has spans with reduced arch. It highlights a projecting structure that breaks the horizontality of both the facade and the roof itself on its right side. Also stands a small construction to house the machinery of the municipal scale that is located in this front of the building.n nIt emphasizes the use of the red brick caravista as a base in the lower part, reaching half the height of the lighting spans, contrasting with the white of the rest of the walls.nnThe first floor is illuminated by landscape openings in the area above the closed porch and also with two slightly vertical openings in the left area of ​​the building where the porch no longer reaches.n nIn the right corner of this facade is a three-body tower. The first has the appearance of a cube with its angles highlighted by red brick and the walls appear in white. The second presents the same characteristics as the first but its sides appear in a slight slope and with an oculus whose thread is made of bricks, it seems on the side facing the avenue. Finally, the third section, entirely of caravista red brick, continues with the slope of the lower body and its sides are decorated by recessed planes and protruding vertically, while presenting horizontal openings at half height of the recessed planes. It is closed with a hipped roof that rests on a slight eaves made of red bricks and white walls (briefly recall the triglyphs and metopes of Greek temples).n nThe back part corresponding to the block and patio area has a functional structure with different rooms located around the patio. They lack ornamentation.
