I took my laptop at the beginning of July to have it formatted, I told them that I had not transferred my files to an external disk, that they were on the desktop and that I had super important things that I did not want to be lost, that if there was a problem I would With the ordered home, I passed the files and took it back, they told me that there was no problem, they kept it but they charged me € 10 more, we stayed that way, however, I told them again that there was a folder on the desk that I put data where I kept very important documents for me and above all that they were not lost. After a month, when I saw that they did not tell me anything, I called them and they told me that they had lost all my data, according to them the problem is that they were not saved in the format that is usually saved. I told them that I did not know in what format they should be saved, but I did insist that these documents could not be lost. They told me that they would try to get them back, that they saw what they could do and that they had to buy some software for it, as if they were the ones responsible for the problem they had caused me. Two months later, I got in touch with them again. After strongly insisting on the importance of these files, having to come and go with the computer 6 times, the result is that they lost everything, family photos saved for more than 10 years, notes, university work and a long Etcetera that cannot be compensated in any way, they did not even have the decency to return the € 60 they charged me, not to mention that I had to take it to a real computer to have it reformatted, since the laptop worked a lot slower after passing through that establishment. I think they lack professionalism, if the files were not saved as they say they should be, they should have contacted me before doing something that could lose them, I also think they should have contacted me when they lost them and not wait to that I did it, and at least although there is no recomense for having lost all my data for more than 10 years, having returned my money.

Very bad customer treatment. If there were another store with the same characteristics in Almunia, they would be made of gold.
