Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional and ignorant. When enquiring to get the back of my phone replaced, the technician/shop assistant proceeded to ask me for my passcode to unlock my phone. `I then asked why as he was only going to replace the back and I didn't feel comfortable giving a stranger access to all my personal details. The shop assistant then replied with a brash and ubrupt "take it somewhere else then" as he shoved my phone in my direction without any explanation as to why he needed my passcode. I would not recommed this place to anyone.
