Due to the death of a relative and through Ocaso, they were in charge of the funeral services. The answer was officiated by a foreign priest who barely spoke Spanish, he was not understood, who did not put on a mask and on top of that he made me come up next to him. Mee kept quiet out of respect, but I was not amused, that these days they do not take action. He also checked his mobile. The next day in the cemetery they got the wrong flowers and put those of another deceased. We had to claim it and wait for the error to be corrected. Not an apology, nothing. And Ocaso says it would claim. but I doubt that I really did because no one has asked me about what happened. That you are paying your whole life for these things to happen later.

Huge lack of tact from a receptionist. To work in such a place, you must be minimally empathetic. The management of that center should hire normal, friendly people and not pit bulls.

Super grateful with the treatment of all the staff, especially the receptionists. Especially from one of the girls, Amparo, who speaks in Valencian which is our language and that's a hoot. Kindness and empathy from everyone.
