I want to thank Manu and Cris for their dedication and professionalism in giving their training sessions. Now for work reasons, it is more difficult for me to keep up with the training, but the time I have been with them has been a pleasure ...nThey adapt to different levels, giving numerous options both for the material to be used and for the exercises to be carried out in case of noticing any discomfort or if there is already a previous injury, we receive corrections at the moment and also make the sessions very entertaining and dynamic.
