I request an appointment online for an emergency. They do not attend me because I have not confirmed the appointment, which they send me in the mail and, consulting the mail, the option is imperceptible. And the nurse tells me that it is happening to other patients and they are looking at the option of removing it. Of course they don't take care of me. Regrettable.

I had to have a cranial MRI and it was the only private clinic in Valencia that has offered it open. They tried to do it in another closed center and since I am claustrophobic I could not. Well, I went to Sermesa, Dr. Natalia (who does the MRI) a SUN !! He was explaining the whole process to me, he gave me a lot of peace of mind and had a lot of patience. Honestly, for claustrophobic people like me, I totally recommend it! They put on relaxing music that helps you a lot to be calm and the closeness and treatment of the doctor is incredible. Thank you very much Natalia and Sermesa for making this test a few minutes of relaxation and tranquility.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago with a doctor, 2 days later I realized that I could not go. I was calling 2 whole days to change the appointment and they did not answer the phone, we entered on the weekend, I called on Monday morning and nothing, in the afternoon I managed to change the appointment after 3 days calling at different times. I arrived at the medical center on the day of the appointment. I queued at reception for 20 minutes to be told to go up to the first floor, I go up and there is another queue of 5 people in front that was moving slowly. I sit in the waiting room for 3 minutes, I pass by my doctor, I go out, I go to reception to collect the medical card and I have a queue of 8 people in front 40/45 minutes of queue. In the end I leave after 1 hour and 20 of waiting and a small lawsuit because a lady who had been told to ask for a bill at the counter without queuing wanted to sneak in. I go to the laboratory, again to wait, with two people in front and two girls at the counter, not slow, the following. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I manage to finish everything. Almost two hours for a 15 minute doctor visit at most. Is that why I pay private insurance? A shame. First visit to the Sermesa Mislata polyclinic and the last time. Horrible.

Unpresentable, they have you with the phone time and waiting time and then say that their operators are busy and you should call after a few minutes. SHAME, THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE, and they don't deserve to be approached by a clinic like this where they despise patients in this lousy way. You repeat the call one, two, three, four, five times and they repeat the same song. For more outrage, you try to take the quote online and the page gives errors and does not work. Im-pre-sen-ta-bles. Worst impossible. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
