I booked this place for the birthday party of my son (8) and it was disappointing. Although the bowling itself was fun, the organisation of the venue is very poor. There was nobody to welcome us, I constantly had to find and ask staff about what was happening, we were basically just left to manage it all ourselves. Why did I pay €12 per child? For what? Just to have a table at the end to serve our own cake on? The staff were just sitting there doing nothing, not proactive or taking drinks orders. I had to ask for the pre-ordered snacks for the parents myself while were were already upstairs at the tables after the bowling. Very annoying. Finally, I think it is ridiculous to have the birthday tables right beside the parque infantil but you have to pay extra to use it! It is nearly impossible and very unfair to tell children they cannot go and enjoy it when they are literally 2 meters away. You either make it all inclusive of the birthday or you place the bowling party tables somewhere else.

As for the local and bowling alley as always, it is a place to go with the little ones, who play a few machines and do a couple of bowling games and spend a good afternoon with the family, today we were going with that intention but incredible what you We have found, on the door there is a protocol and capacity sign that nobody controlled that it was fulfilled and once inside the distance of one and a half meters was not respected ... because it was not possible! It was full and you couldn't keep that distance. Over the loudspeaker they gave instructions to keep their distance and the mandatory use of a mask, but the distance was impossible due to the number of people there were and the mask was used by most of the people but there were those who had taken it off to drink beer standing up and down. going around and I have not seen anyone draw their attention ... as a sign of the capacity, when we went to play a game of bowling we had 22 groups in front ...nIt is not enough to put up a poster of capacity and standards and wash your hands, you have to enforce them, that was to be evicted for a public health issue. We have left as it was a major risk. Beyond this situation, the site is very good and you have a good time but in the current context it may be the last time you spend.

Great Sunday afternoon, spending it as a family, and with the little ones enjoying bowling. The staff, and the prevention, security and anticovid capacity measures, great. We will definitely be back in the Christmas week.nI advise it to everyone.
