Disgusting delivery and customer service. After more than 15 days without receiving the order - they advertise reception in 24 hours - and daily calls to the pharmacy, since there is no tracking number for the package, I request that it be sent to another address arriving late as well. Finally I get two orders, I call honestly to inform them and they charge me both after all the upheaval!

I'm super happy. An order that I made on the 5th arrived today with a free sample of Royal Jelly, another of moisturizer and another of facial cleansing gel. I am delighted.

Bad shopping experience, first and last time. I've been waiting for my order for almost 15 days and there is no way to contact them by phone. I want to cancel my order and get my money back because this is already outrageous and I will have to order it elsewhere. I had never had a problem on all the sites I have shopped until I ordered here. I do not recommend it or crazy.nI'm Sorry, but it's like that.

Great online service. I placed an order yesterday morning and it arrived early this morning, less than 24 hours. It is very good that the minimum for not having shipping costs is € 29, since they are usually much higher in the rest of the websites. You have a 5% discount for your first order. In addition, despite ordering only one product, the package brought several samples and a 5% discount for the next order. I forgot, they answer questions by WhatsApp pretty quickly and they are very kind. I will repeat without a doubt!
