Second visit: the service took a long time and the attention very unpleasant. The food is bland one and the other bad. We will not be back.nFirst visit: The customer service is excellent, I thank the boy who attended us, he was very attentive, he realized that we spoke to our little girl in English and he did the same. Thank you! (It was a boy with a small diamond tattoo behind one ear.) I only put three stars because the kitchen needs rolling ... the pasta was badly drained (it had water) and the desserts, the fondant was a sponge cake.

Birthday celebration. Concatenation of errors; the first was not noted my reservation which I made by phone days before. They sit us in the last corner and the place is full; the gauges and safety distances are not respected.nThey take a long time to take notice of us at the end and they take care of us. The dishes arrive almost an hour later and they do not arrive well from the kitchen. They are taken and brought back and the dishes are not what is described in the menu; a jumble of ingredients. For the third time they are taken and brought back and clearly they have overturned the pasta and removed some of the leftover ingredients and put cheese on top to cover.nWe don't feel like eating and we call the manager, Marco, who apologizes and only charges us for water. Thanks Marco for your gesture and your kindness.nThe kitchen staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Lousy dinner!nWe ordered a Regina salad and they appear with a mozzarella salad, totally understandable human error. The surprise came when we ordered a truffle pizza, egg (totally raw), ham and garlic Sisi garlic (which the pizza does not carry) they did not even bother In splitting the well minced garlic, they broke it into giant pieces and mixed with the bechamel, the pity that we gave the girl an abundant portion of pizza which was dirty and threw part of it, when my relative realized we showed her several pieces giants (literal) to the waiter who kindly apologized. As I mentioned to him, I think there will soon be a whip there. A real shame that in chains of that type with such disparate prices for pizza they have such glaring errors.nLousy, lousy, lousy.
