Poor after-sales service despite being a loyal customer. I have always bought phones because the delivery service seemed bright. Of course, when it comes to repair and respond to a customer I have not seemed so.nI sent the phone a year after buying it because I had problems with the coverage, and to my surprise, they prepared an exorbitant budget that included a change of the motherboard (more or less the value of a new mobile phone).nFor their part, they tell you that you have made a bad use of the terminal, that it has humidity (when it is a mobile phone that has always been used at home), and to top it off, even though you have not misused it, you pay 12 Euros of shipping if you do not fix it.nRegrettable.
