I had always trusted this workshop until a few months ago I had a very bad experience.nI took my car for the engine light to come on. They changed the additive (I indicated it was changed months before) and the DPF reservoir.nShortly after taking it out, I take it back to the workshop because the car loses power and stops me. This time the indicator light does not come on. They change my diesel filter and clean the circuit. I pay again, because according to them they are different breakdowns.nWhen I take it out, the car keeps losing power. I take it back to the workshop and they tell me that the problem is in the switchboard and that the breakdown would cost around € 1200. Again they tell me that the repair warranty does not cover it because it has nothing to do with the previous breakdowns (I had spent € 700).nI decide to take it out and take it to another workshop. The problem was with the heaters. My car has not failed me again.nCustomer service has been of no use or claim to solve it. Very disappointed. I will not come back.

Lousy Mazda repair service.nMy car broke down, I took it to fix it and they tell me it is the 4 injectors. Then they told me that 3 were good and one bad. I agree to fix it and when they fix it they tell me there is another evil. To which I do not accept to fix it. They wanted to charge me 3,000 e at the beginning more labor.nWhen he could the injector they ask me for 309 e for him, when I told them to charge me, they tell me it's 75e,nThey argue that it is to be sent to Mazda technical service to review.nI call Mazda Spain and they tell me that this money is for recycling and that they will not enter into discussions.nTerrible professionals and last time I go there.
