After thinking and pondering my review I have decided to write it:nI bought a new Polo vw in July 2018, from Mr. SERGIO, head of the ALDAUTO exhibition, when he went to pick up the car, it had the scratched shifter and several loose threads of the upholstery. So the pre-delivery review was poor. After indicating it as soon as I see the car, it indicates that the wires can be inserted inside and the lever will change it. They try to change it but it doesn't work and they have to change it a second time until it stays correctly.nA few days later, and with the car always in the garage I noticed that the rubber of one of the rear windows is cracked and the interior trim has some strange marks or cuts .... I tell you and first, the reaction was bad ... after insisting they accept to change it since the car is new and it is clear that it was initially brought because it is impossible to do the damage that the inner part brings.nThey change it to me the first time and ... it also looks bad, the inner part continues with the same marks ... so they have to do it a second time.nThen they start to leave some spots inside the headlights .... they tell me that it is fogged ... for me it is not ... after insisting through customer service they proceed to change them ... but they mark me the grill and they have to paint it. Two months later the same problem reappears in the headlights ... now they refuse to change both the concession and customer service. I have sent you a burofax to have written proof. They indicate that it is due to static electricity ....nIn summary, nothing advisable, neither in the forms and the treatment to the client, as well as the repairs carried out
