The treatment is very correct and they have good prices and wide range of km0 or with few km. As it strikes not to give the 5 stars is that inside the dealership in summer it is very hot and in winter very cold. And especially that the financial one they use is not very good. It is worth looking for other financing options before signing
I took it 2 times in a month because they did not repair it well and they wanted to charge me twice for a filter change. Namely the shoddy work they did to me because the code continues to give the same failure. I asked for the refund since it had not been repaired and they kindly told me to please leave it again that they would not fail again. And surprise, they wanted to charge me for another filter change !!!! The car has not been repaired and I have been charged for the repair. Very nice before selling but once you have your money they disappear. The young man who pretends to be boss bad manners and very bad education and the father is nothing more than a badass in disguise smoking in front of my 4-year-old son. Very bad.
The service is good but the climate of the place could be better .. In summer a suffocating heat and in winter a cold that you have to be with scarf. Otherwise no complaints.
Be careful, with maintenance prices! Change of oil and filter of a Lancia Voyager + change of fuel filter = 370 € It is the closest thing to a full-length robbery that I have suffered in a long time. And if that were not enough, they tell me they wash my car outside, and they leave it worse than it was. Obviously, and after an experience like the one that is narrated, I would not recommend it to anyone.
