I called in the middle of the storm because I had heard a dog barking hours ago, and also shouting from people, it was around 11 at night, and I was worried about the animal and the people. 2 agents came super fast, friendly, they investigated in the rain until they found the dog and the owners, professional at all times, fixed the situation, and left ... I was super calm knowing that they are so professional and efficient. I felt protected as a citizen, THANK YOU!
