I called by phone explaining the type of injury I have, which greatly reduces my mobility and makes me need help getting around (as I explained by phone to the girl who picked up my phone). I was not informed of the documentation they needed to start the rehabilitation sessions.nWhen I went to the center to do the 1st session, they didn’t want to do it for me because I didn’t bring the documentation that I was NOT told I had to bring. Although I explained that I had trouble getting around, that I would bring the authorization to the next session or send it to them during the same afternoon. They didn’t want me to do the 1st session. IT WAS NO MISTAKES. I insisted a lot but there was no will to give any facilities, when normally the mutual authorization is obtained even by telephone. They didn’t want to facilitate anything and that’s it.nIn conclusion, they did not offer me any solution or any facility. I was not even informed when I called, that I read the medical part to the girl who picked up the phone and also explained that I could not even put my foot on the ground and that I had problems going to the center.nPersonally, I do not recommend it. Little empathy, mistreatment and little humanity, given personal circumstances.nYours faithfully,

Although we do not live in Reus, we appreciate that it is worth traveling to Reus to continue physiotherapy treatment at FisioClinic.nFor the professional treatment of their physiotherapists. For patience And good treatment, with my daughter.nAnd also, install them. lations are modern, adequate space, respecting the intimacy between the different patients.nHighly recommended

Unfortunately, I know several physiotherapy centers in the province and, luckily, I am clear where to come from now.nBoth Ariadna and Laura are very nice and very good professionals, since I deal with them I feel much better! In addition, the facilities are new, clean ...n100% recommended!

Very pleasant in treatment and attention, 100% recommended. Both the manager and the girl who work there are very attentive and the treatment is unbeatable
