The nefarious technical service. They don't listen to you. I have a platform that saves stairs in the portal for a person in a wheelchair. On Friday I call again and he tells me that the technician is saturated and that Saturday and Sunday they do not work, that they call me on Monday, so they leave a person unable to leave the house for more than 5 days. I think this is painful.
