One of the biggest flagship stores for El Corte Ingles. Spacious, fabulous choice, lots of different brands. Excellent department store

Great store, but online service is terrible. Placed an online order in November last year for a Christmas present, and after several emails notifying me of extended delays for delivery was informed that they will not be able to fulfil the order and that the order was being cancelled. So now I've waited 3 months for nothing. In addition they make it very hard to contact or speak to any real person which just makes bad situations like this all the more frustrating. Would not recommend or use again.
