Very helpful all communication was in English but they also speak Espanol, German etc if you need. All info explained fully and clear information given. Documents are provided in English too. Excellent service direct insurers not an insurance brokers.

The most useless insurance company I've ever come across. Been living in Lanzarote for over a year and became ill, go to see a doctor who then does un ultrasound and request the insurance company to investigate further, they reply with it was pre existing so unable to give permission to do any further investigation if it didn't hurt how is one supposed to know its pre existing? So be warned do not waste your money!!
