Typical Galicia architectural feature a small granite stone granary for storing agricultural products like maize raised so rodents can't get in! With the stone cross it's located in a privileged location facing the open Atlantic Ocean next to the fortress walls.

Nice well-kept and preserved granary, located next to a Cruceiro and that marks the starting point of the Monte Boi promenade, from which we have a panoramic view of the Virgen de la Roca on Mount Sansón.nAt the foot of the fortress ... we have on one side Cuncheira beach next to Paseo Pinzón ... and towards the other the Parque de la Palma ... among others.nUndoubtedly ... Baiona, including the hórreo ... is a more than spectacular place to visit, explore and enjoy !!!nud83dudc9c

Small but very well looked after and restored Horreo, which alongside a simple Cruceiro, make a very beautiful set. Located on the same base at the Castillo de Monterreal, near the Praia da Cuncheira, and practically, where the Monte Boi Trail begins, which completely surrounds the Castle and Parador de Baiona.
