I have to say that we are very happy with the attention they have given us, yesterday (Saturday) we had to take our nymph at 8 o'clock in the afternoon because she was breathing badly and she was listless, they treated us right away and we had to leave her admitted. They have been informing us by phone of the protocols they were following and the state of our animals, which I greatly appreciate. Today we went to get her, she had an egg that did not come out and that finally after being watched day and night she expelled with the treatment they gave her. It is priceless to have a site for exotic animals, which there are not many in Navarra, which is also available 24 hours a day. Many thanks to the whole team.

We went at 8 o'clock in the afternoon during emergency hours without knowing or not knowing very well if my dog ​​was or not. I asked, because he had stitches that he had very recently oozed and bled, what he knew was that he needed an Elizabethan collar to avoid touching an incision he has. Once they looked at her, the vet came out with the dog flying screaming that this was not an emergency and what if she had heard my dog ​​scream! And now to come I was going to wait behind everyone else to take the Elizabethan necklace. I had to write a prescription for an ointment, it turns out that in the end he did not write it for me and he told me to stop by the pharmacy. ALL WRONG.
