I went there because they have a lot of product variety and I have always bought there. There is usually quite a queue, yesterday was no different, but you know what there is, and I patiently waited for it. This time he was going for low-cost products, and advice was needed. The person who attended me was very kind, but the colleagues were bad faces, very bad manners, bad tone that they could not cut material because there was a lot of queue, and that they were not there for that.nThey put a thousand problems about something that was faster to do than complaining to tell me that it couldn't be done.nI went directly to another nearby hardware store, and not only did they not give me problems but they did not charge me.nCustomer treatment has dropped a lot.nThe truth is that on a couple of occasions they were already quite unpleasant.nI have bought expensive products like drills, ladders and a lot of DIY. If we are for the expensive, we should also keep the customer happy in the other lower cost products.
