Customer service is essential. I go many times, they do not say hello and the treatment is curt. It leaves much to be desired. More and more I order online, without waiting and at least, you can't take bad faces. Anyway, I wish the Zara team would read this because they don't change. It is clear that the only pandemic is not the Covid, there is also the terrible customer treatment.

The shop assistants, supervisors and cashiers should take a customer service and point of sale course, the deal is missing, I bought a garment that I could not try on, but at home, they did not want to change it, now I have a garment of 50 euros that I have not left .. I do not recommend buying in these times of covid, so that they do not allow you to change later .. Fatal.

That they do not let you return a garment because a hairpin is found in a pocket is shameful. Sonia the manager leaves much to be desired. Very unprofessional. Having people like this working in a store with whom you are falling should not be allowed

I LIKE ZARA KIDS. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND XQ THE SIZES ARE SO SMALL. IN MY CASE MY GRANDDAUGHTER IS 4 A AND THE SIZE 4/5 IS VERY VERY SMALL. IN FACT I HAVE Q TO TAKE HER A GIRL'S SIZE OF 6/7 A AND THE MODELIS ARE VERY OLDER .. X PLEASE CORRECT THIS.
