Physical stores are great, that's why I dared to order a coat online when I couldn't find it in stores. I ordered it on December 22, it appeared in stock. However, as of January 11, it does not have a shipping tracking number, it is still in preparation. A real shame. To make matters worse, you claim and they send you an automatic email so you can put your order number and take you to your profile to show you the same information. Nefarious and not recommended.nI've talked to more people and it seems like shipping delays are common.nI have had a business, and for a small businessman this is unthinkable, because you would lose customers.nThese large companies do it repeatedly and continue to do so. For my part, I am never going to buy from them again.

The customer service in the online store is lousy.nI have not received my order after almost a month and they do not answer my emails. The telephone service, of course, is a real scam; they delay the response to bill more and they don't solve my problem. I don't know if I will be able to receive my order.nIn any case, I will never buy from this store again. 100% not recommended.

I do not advise you to buy online at JD Sports, unless you are sure that the size you buy is the correct one, because if not, you will have to return the product and the return is not free, it has a cost of 9 , 30 euros and the worst thing is that the reimbursement is long, first they sent me an email saying that it would take between 4 - 6 days and now they tell me that up to 28 days !!! There is no phone to call, everything is with a virtual assistant or through a message on your page. It's my first time shopping online at this store and it's a total disappointment. Not do it again!
