We bought an equipped WV T6 camper van and the experience has been lousy.nnThe installed electrical system is sloppy and has caused a thousand problems. The external plug cable tied with cable ties at the underside of the vehicle. The fuse box and wires dancing under the front seats. The auxiliary battery charger makes a lot of noise, but since for them it is 'normal' they do not consider changing it, and you have to disconnect it manually if you want to sleep. They forgot to approve the external plug of the van and the payment at the ITV we have had to bear. The tires on the lifting roof are coming loose, we had to disconnect the rear air circuit because it made a tremendous noise after the modification they made. The interior trims are starting to loosen. The front swivel seats were used. And all this within the warranty period !! And this in short, after a lot of visits to the workshop and phone calls. They pass the issue between one and the other, taking long and without giving any solution. All excuses, little professionalism, very nickels and a lot of bungling.
