Bad attention from the shop assistant. I ordered a coffee frappe and what he made me was a smoothie. A frappe is with ice ...nI told him I didn't want it and he refused to pay me back.nIn short, poor attention and learn to differentiate a shake from a frappe.

Saturday June 6. 33 minutes to 10pm (closing time). The waiter refused to serve us locally because it was half an hour to close (!) It was very rude. We talked to the security guards and they were not aware that they had to stop attending before 10 o'clock. We returned to the premises and asked for a complaint form and he refused to give it to us. We were too lazy to call the police because they weren't going to arrive before closing time. Not everyone is worth to face the public
