I WILL NOT BUY MORE IN THIS STORE !!! The computer I bought has come out BAD! Despite being a good brand (Toshiba) it goes very wrong! The computer is 3 years old and it has been failing me since before I was one year old, the failures it has are the following: black spots appear continuously on the screen (without reason), the usb connectors do not work properly, the camera stopped working when I had just over a year, raising and lowering the volume with the keys does not work, when I was LESS THAN ONE YEAR I stopped working the touch mouse (the one that came with the computer) but I thought that since it had stopped working it would work but I I was wrong ... if I do not use a cable mouse I cannot use it and still because because the USB does not work well many times I am unable to use it ...nI went to the store when the computer WAS STILL GUARANTEED for the spots that had come out on the screen (which are not precisely small spots) and they told me they couldn't do anything ... sorry? For this I have paid more for a computer that is supposed to be better? DECEPTION AND CABREO!nIt is the last time I buy more here and if you do not want the same thing to happen to me, think about it very well before buying a computer in this establishment, the worst purchase of all that I have been able to do so far.
