Too expensive takes advantage and tries to sell you everything he can, which I see as normal but it is exaggerated. When you ask him about a product or comparison among several he doesn't know about the subject, he starts reading and comparing that for that I already know how to read, we only want a professional who knows how to advise you and who knows what he is talking about and advises you. This what it does is that it does not give confidence because you see it hesitate when it comes to explaining things to you. Also be dry and a little edge depending on how you catch it.
