Terrible customer service. Not only are they reluctant, but they are also unpleasant, they answer haughtily, rude and their non-verbal communication is also disrespectful. I am not coming back. A little further on in Avenida Ensanche de Vallecas you have another that the attention is wonderful, since we spend the money, we choose where and with whom. They could dedicate themselves to working with computers if they are not able to maintain correct customer service.

Very poor customer service. It is the second time I go and the treatment is still just as bad. The man who attended me was very unpleasant, by a simple query the answer has been dismissive and giving the impression that it bothered him. I'm not going back in! Come on, it will be for pharmacies in the neighborhood.

What a lousy customer service. That why I don't read the signs that he has outside, when he has 20 signs, which are going to line the window, and on top of that you have to read them all before asking if they have masks. APPALLING. I will not go again. And the first day of providing masks to the client, half an hour after opening to everyone saying that they no longer had, what a shame.
