We bought a rabbit and it lasted 15 days. He came with parasites from the hatchery and after spending a fortune on the vet he died. To the tremendous disgust especially of my children who have been deprived of the desire to have a rabbit for their whole life.nIn the store, the solution they give us is to give us another rabbit that no one in the family wants, and that's for doing us a favor and the guarantee they give you is 8 days and our rabbit almost died on the 10th since we bought it.nAnything you buy in Chinese has more guarantee and they also offer to give you a new one as if it were a defective mobile. They don't care about animals !!!!nI recommend whoever reads this not to buy an animal in that store

Today we were in the store to buy our daughters an aquarium and two fish. Initially one of the colleagues has attended us. It seemed that he had been in the store for a short time but he has informed us correctly. We have clearly told you that we wanted to buy the 22l aquarium (the last one left). After informing us for a while, as there was information that he did not control at all, he very prudently referred us to another colleague who was going to inform us better. He has informed us extensively and when we have gone to take the aquarium, the boy who had attended us first (knowing that we were going to take it) has sold it to other customers.nWe have been between disappointed and angry. Our daughters crying and we completely crushed. I don't think we'll go back. We will look for another store, I do not think that is the way to treat some customers.

Our hamster bought in Reyes died yesterday because it was full of parasites, here they sell them without deworming and they told us that they dewormed themselves and that going to the vet was not exactly necessary, we got weighed and they gave us the phone number of a vet we thought go to do a check-up but the snowfall in Madrid did not let us and the poor man died yesterday. To have guarantees that it was not known exactly what guarantees we would have (within 8 daysnguarantee) we had to take the frozen animal wondering seconds before if we had thrown it away, in short a shame all, a very small animal that does not stop being part of a family. Good food, good cage, good care ...

We wanted to buy an aquarium and two fish. After an exceptional treatment when explaining everything we needed very well, when we went to buy the fish tank and knowing that we wanted that one, another colleague (with whom we had talked and knew we wanted that fish tank, the last one left) sold it without telling us. nothing. Worst? That two girls have been crying all afternoon because they wanted their fish. Disappointing, don't think we'll be back.
