Intolerable behavior on the part of the academy director, who literally insulted me via email. It seems to me an incredible lack of professionalism. I don't know how he pretends to have students with his lack of education.nIt is a shame, because regarding the teacher I have no complaints, very kind and dedicated.

They give quality online classes and also if you are from Madrid they can come to your home for private lessons. A good option to give your children reinforcement English class.

I hired a class package with them, asked several times if the teachers were natives and they said yes. In my first class I had an Argentine teacher with a lower level of English than mine whose pronunciation was far from being that of a native person. I called the academy to ask what had happened and they explained to me that their concept of a native person is different, that a person who speaks good English is native ... they seem really dishonest. If they do not have native teachers, it is perfectly valid but they do not deceive their students, I understand that this practice is easy when a student has a low level and cannot realize it. But it is really unfortunate.

I have pointed my son to teach English with them this course to improve their level of English, since the last course was a bit fair. The child is very happy with the classes and the contact with the teachers is close. I recommend it.

I signed up to the academy with all the illusion of the world and I can't be more disappointed from day one.nFirst they do not call me or write to tell me if the time of the group assigned to me having paid the tuition is good, but I have to go to the academy to ask.nSecond, keep in mind that they charge you for the month of June during every month, which I do not charge my clients for a service not provided in advance.nThird, the real estate is of small children and outdated, when you went to school, those short tables, short chairs, for a tall person like me 1.71 is super uncomfortable, not to say that the last day I fit in ... The money you pay could already be renewed a little and have the students in a good environment.nI don't know any English and a teacher was waiting for me to explain things on the board, I don't ask that I speak Spanish but I do explain things correctly in my language to understand and try to follow the class.nI have not yet unsubscribed, but I will not return, finally lost money.
