They deleted my comment, 3 betas, 8 guppies died and two cleaners were sick when I brought them the water, everything was fine and they said sorry, it's your fault and they ignored I won't go again

I have taken my dog, to vaccinate him and the treatment by the receptionist who is at the fatal door, badly educated and borderline without any education, I do not know how such staff can be facing the public. I will not go again after hygiene is poor.

Little professionalism and zero friendliness. The receptionist yells at clients she has no education or professional ethics, it is a pity of place to take your pet.
