Badly professional and rude, to send a budget in conditions it cost me more than 20 emails with monosyllables and reluctantly, when I get it and ask him to come and measure it to close the budget, he says that he will not measure if it is not with money for advanced. I confirm that I am going to do it, but until I meet him in person and sign both the budget as a guarantee, I would not pay him, he does not show up for the appointment, he leaves me lying and when I call him he allows me to say that he has plenty of clients. If you read this review, save yourself a quote.
