It is impossible to obtain an appointment, but not now because of Covid, every year in January or February I have to present documentation and I have not been able to make an appointment in any year and it is impossible electronically due to all the necessary requirements.

I give it a star since you can't give less, a real shame and a tease. After weeks calling and trying to make an appointment online, something that has been impossible for me, I show up early in the office and they tell me that they do not attend me without an appointment, what is a joke? I've been trying to make an appointment for weeks. I understand that after what we are experiencing they are saturated, which has made me doubt since at first glance they looked quite calm but well ... the fact is that I have returned home without any solution and of course making the respective complaint , who doubts that it is of any use but good.

You ask for an appointment online for a digital certificate process and they tell you that it is not there. They don't pick up the phone either

There is no way they will take care of you.nIt has been impossible for me to take an appointment on the Internet and they do not take the automatic appointment phone. You no longer know what to do and you show up at the office and they do not attend either. We were three people queuing and none of us had an appointment. Only those who urgently needed a document due to expiration were attended.
