Smiles Vitaldent? If you want to smile, go to another clinic.nFriday afternoon, my first appointment at this clinic. I have an hour at 6:00 p.m., I arrive a quarter of an hour before, cautious of myself ... A very friendly receptionist attends me, she explains that I have to use gel and protector for my shoes. Everything perfect, I sit in a chair in a reception area of ​​10 square meters, quite old. Customers come and go, and time goes by. At 6:20 p.m. the receptionist tells me that it will happen to me right away. More customers come and go, I'm still sitting. At 6:45 p.m., having waited an hour already, I tell the receptionist if I have a long time to wait. Instead of apologizing and asking, he replies that they are busy. I tell him that I already see it but that if he cannot ask. He tells me that if I want he will give me an appointment for another day. I tell him that if they treat new customers like that, I don't want to imagine how they treat others. And I leave, without having been treated, and without the smile that they promise so much.nWhat has been said, seriousness 0, obsolete facilities and just attention. Not recommended
