Attention. Good. Great commercials
Bad planning. I took him for a maintenance and they did not check correctly an error that the computer gave. It had to be sent again. They erased the error but it came out again. They finally decided to exchange the defective part for me.nI made an appointment and, given the workload, I agreed to have it looked at a week later and when I went they hadn't brought the piece yet. It turns out that they had to do some tests before because the car is under warranty. In the end they have repaired it but it has cost them theirs.
Very good treatment of the public. Exceptional customer service. If you want to buy a KIA this is the best dealer.
