The hermitage was built in the seventeenth century and is dedicated to Our Lady of the Olmos, patron saint of Uceda.nnOn the second Sunday in August, the town carries the Virgin in procession to the Hermitage, where it remains until the first Sunday in October. Unfortunately, due to vandalism, the hermitage had to be emptied.
