Of course very formal, we have ordered some shoes for a few months now and supposedly until this week they did not deliver them. They told us that they would contact us (we did not receive an answer) so we decided to call, we have been calling since yesterday and they did not answer nor do they return call. The event is this weekend and we are without shoes and without money because they had to deliver half of the work they were going to do!

I am a provider.nI am trying to contact the company and I do not receive a response.nThey have to solve a problem for me but they are happening to me and we do not receive an answer.nWe are a very small family business!nAnd bonec treated us very badly.nIt is not fair that we send the shoes and receive no reply.nI hope that at least the clients of this company know that bonec does not treat suppliers well!nCheers
