NEFAST !!!nWaiting for me to get back a GHD hairdryer since April 2019. First there was shortage of spare parts, it took about a month, as soon as they weren't moving to Boimortoe, they would call me now. When I asked for the appliance to be returned, they told me they were sent by transport and lied for 1 month. Then they did not pick up the phone in the new store and when they picked me up I noticed that the iron had just been sent to me (3 times they sent me and at least the transport told me that it had no distribution of them). I request them by mail and they do not reply. Finally, in August, I go to the Galician Consumer Institute to file a complaint. But these people do not pick up notifications or respond to requests. Now already in the final phase that will be final. Procedure too guarantee for this type of establishments.nThis goes far beyond the lack of professionalism. Staying with a customer's appliance and still not overpowering it and lying to its face is unscrupulous people and no public service will.

Not recommended, they sell items that they do not have in stock and then they do not refund the money. I have had to open a formal complaint through third parties to return the cost of a photo scanner.

Informals !!!!nI left a small device, they told me they would call to give budget. 15 days later I can not contact, the phone does not answer, the store-shop of Stgo is closed. The day 15-07 put a sign on the door saying that they take vacations until that day (that is, the same day that the holidays end !!) and then move to Boimorto. On the phone they continue to answer. Voicemail is full The device that I left with you, I do not know where you are or how to locate it.
