They have charged me € 200 extra, almost 10% more than the budget, a few days after the installation (without my knowing anything) for having to make a ditch that it did not take me 5 minutes to do it (it was in front) I did not even cut brick, I only remove the coating that the brick had on top, that is, pass the radial on one side and on the other and it came out alone. It seems to me a disproportionate price. In the concept it puts disassembly + ditch, the disassembly had to be done because when installing the curtains the aluminum profile that holds the windows was bent (I still have it bent) and install a bar underneath, I did not ask for this at any time and They should consider whether the weight of their windows is capable of bending the profile. If it is a closed budget this should be included, otherwise everything is fine, I hope they respond to the 5 year guarantee that the windows have.
