My sister has had many problems in this store, because first of all, they do not return the money, they give you a voucher. With that voucher we went to take some boots and it turned out that the voucher was not valid. After much discussion and asking to speak with someone superior, which never appeared, we have solved it, but with a terrible personal deal. We will never buy there again and much less recommend it. By the way, the reason for the voucher was the return of Mustang sandals that broke 3 days after they were purchased.
