Horrible attention !!!!nA terrible after-sales service, I recommend you never buy there.nThey gave my mother a ring bought in this store and since it was not her size, she went to see if they could give her her size or a voucher to buy something else.nThey told him to enlarge the ring; of course CHARGING IT INSTEAD OF GIVING YOU YOUR SIZE (I don't know in which workshop they did it but the repair was horrible, the next day a diamond was detached by the blows to enlarge it !!!! a new product; where has this horrible service been seen? ?nWe are left with a very bad taste in our mouths but really no one else is cheated like that, or spend their money in a place like this when there are a thousand shops that 1 serve you much better and 2 give you a product and after-sales service quality.

I do not like how they treated me at the beginning everything very well but when the problems arise I had to go several times to find the saleswoman who bought her because the others did not want to know anything.
