They are unpresentable, I will not have any insurance with this company, they have not sent me the settlement for the death of my mother as a result of the covid19 and also they do not return what we are entitled to. Arguing that the bag and bleach they used is worth the same as an unused mortuary. A shame.
The office staff excellent, they have a very good attention, very attentive to everything.
