I have bought an Honor laptop, from the moment I enter the premises, super friendly and it shows a lot that they understand !!nnAny questions that arise, they help me, either by phone or in the store!nnI believe that from now on, it will be my site without exception for the purchase of my computer equipment !!!

I needed a samsung A51 urgently and they told me that it would be better if I bought it on the pcbox website, since they did not have it in stock in the store. It took me 24 hours to arrive and the price was very reasonable, in other places it cost me € 50 plus the same device. I am sure that in other stores they would have made me wait until they had it in stock just to earn a few euros ...

They broke a MacBook Pro that I brought due to problems with the graphics card. Total, it took a long time to give me answers about its condition, I called every 15 days for 4 months (and they told me they would fix it in 1 month) because they sent it to another repair company and, finally, I got the MacBook Unrepaired, with bumps and scratches and without much of the lid hardware. After all the waiting time and everything that happened, it didn't even turn on (which used to work) and on top of that, the 2 employees they have (or had) laughed in my face in the store. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.nnReading the company's reply, I can affirm that it is not a hoax and that whoever wants proof, contact me. I had to sign the collection of the terminal because otherwise they would not give it to me, but once in my house, I realized the destruction caused (I had the computer well protected with two casings on the outside, that when I took them off ... I saw everything described ). Overall, I filed a consumer complaint, but it did not follow its administrative course because it has to be brought to court after PC BOX's refusal to compensate such damages and, obviously, a lawyer is worth more than a new MacBook. That said, is NOT hoax, it is the most absolute reality. I hope that no one else happens something like that.
