I went with the intention of making a pickguard change to a high-end Fender custom shop that I own. Three days before I called and they made an appointment for me on a Thursday at 7pm. When I got to the store I found it closed, and of course seeing this panorama I waited outside just in case (I had loaded walking with the guitar up there). Since I saw that no one was opening me, I called the number that appears in the window several times without receiving an answer, I called the outside bell several times with the same luck, and I even wrote by courier to indicate that I was out at the time and day in that they had summoned me to come over. I honestly expected much more seriousness from you, the customer treatment has seemed embarrassing, very little serious, and in no way according to the reviews I read on Google of you. You have not given me any kind of solution, nor have you shown any interest in the client. I do not intend to approach or trust your work again.

It is a very cool place, I took my violin when I was little and they made an impressive restoration and super good price! They left it better than when I bought it.nHighly recommended, it's also nice to talk with Simon.

I made a change of strings and pegs, I adjusted the bridge and soul and I polished the varnish, the violin has won a world!
