EXPERIENCE TO FORGETnI would not recommend this dealer / workshop at all, and I will try to justify the answer in case it is useful to anyone:nn- I have a Tucson that has stains all over the body. This car always sleeps indoors, and the stains have appeared recently, because before I bought it I did not have them.n- I went to this workshop because it is the closest to my place of residence today. The first impression was not good. I called by phone to book an appointment and they didn't want to give it to me after explaining the problem. They told me to happen that there would be no problem treating me. After traveling 60 km to this workshop, they told me that they are stains that sometimes come out but that with a liquid that they had it was removed. They hit him with the liquid and the stains remained, although the person in charge tried to convince me that they had been removed.n- After seeing that the stains remained, they told me that they would give me an appointment to go another day and to make the report to send it to guarantee. Of course, I was totally opposed, because I had tried to book an appointment and they did not want to give it to me, and I was not going to make another trip for what they could do now.n- After they confirmed that he was correct, they took some photos and attached them to a guarantee report. 10 minutes of process that they wanted to do another day knowing that it was from abroad ... Fernando, the person who has led the whole process, told me that in a week he would know something.n- After a month and a half, I decided to call him again and he told me that he had not found the space to call me. That at first it seemed that it was not a guarantee, but that he was going to insist again.n- Another month passed, and when I called they told me they had decided it was not a guarantee. I then showed him my disagreement, to which he replied that he could no longer do anything and that he should contact customer service.n- After making the claim to customer service, I had to call 5 times for an answer. The answer was the same as the first: stains derived from external agents that are not covered by the guarantee.n- I have asked them for a report 2 times to report the case, to know what they are based on because the stains are derived from external agents and it is not the fault of the vehicle's paint.n- After the report did not arrive, I decided to call Fernando again, who told me that it is true that they had told him to send it to me but, again, he had not had time.n- I insist that you send me the report, and I inform you that I will denounce this decision. I find it hard to believe that with two photos taken in that way they can justify that these spots are derived from external agents.n- Fernando tells me he can't do more. If he had bought the car there, he usually has a certain deference with the customers, but since I did not buy it there, I am not his customer and he cannot do more. My answer was blunt: I am a customer of all Hyundai, because I have a vehicle of their brand that is under warranty, and I could go to Galicia as I have gone to Ciudad Real, which is the one that is closest to me because of my current residence.n- I let you know that I will make this discontent manifest wherever I can. To which he tries to blackmail me saying that if I am going to do that, then he will not speak with his manager and with the person responsible for the issue of guarantees (after having told me that there was no more to do) to see if we could solve it in another way shape.n- After this, and after about 6 months for them to give me an answer, I can't take it anymore.nnFaced with this INJUSTICE and INCOMPETENT way of proceeding, I have decided to write this review that I hope will give people an idea of ​​the POOR PROFESSIONALISM of this dealer / workshop.

The attention from the staff is excellent. I did not like the detail of the cleaning / disinfection that they did to my vehicle when they received it, the cloth they used was very dirty to do a disinfection given the current circumstances.
