Casa dels Mundina is a good example of a Valencian manor house. It was built in the early eighteenth century by Don Andrés Mundina, mayor and landowner, belonging to a lineage related to the introduction of mandarin cultivation in the region. It has a shield on the lintel of the facade, which was granted to them by Carlos IV de Borbón in recognition of their fidelity. In your other residence, the farmhouse or Polo House, you can visit the city museum (closed on Mondays).nThis building was sold at the end of the 19th century and became a nunnery, candy factory, republican instruction center, republican casino with Masonic lodge included, local movement headquarters and radio station. In 1989 it became municipal property, currently hosting the Regidoria d'Educació, as well as multiple cultural activities. In the plinths you can see the ceramic pavements that once adorned this magnificent manor house.

Former mansion of the Mundina family, built in the eighteenth century after the destruction of their old house by the Austrians in the War of Succession. The nobiliary shield on the doorway is a recognition of nobleness granted by the Bourbon monarchy. The tile floors of Manises have been incorporated as baseboards and panels.

It is a municipal building in which different activities are carried out. On the ground floor, there are the municipal offices and the rest of the spaces on the ground floor as well as the upper floors are used for different activities, such as concerts, music lessons, etc. It has a very nice interior patio that has been covered.
