Unpresentable. 1 month ago I had the cleaning done through private insurance, they told me that I had 2 cavities and they gave me an appointment for a month at 19.30. I arrived at the same time and I was there until 20.10 waiting, nobody deigned to tell me anything. It seems disrespectful to waste a person that way. I understand that there may be delays but the client must be informed and treated better.
